Care Evaulation
A care-informed evaluation that looks closely at health changes, safety concerns, daily support needs, and quality of life. Drawing on 10 years of nursing and senior care experience, I help families understand what level of support is appropriate now—and what may be needed next—so decisions are grounded, realistic, and well-timed.
Placement Support
Guidance and hands-on support in identifying and securing the right senior living or care community. This includes assisted living, memory care, independent living, continuing care retirement communities, and Medicaid-contracted options. I help families compare choices, understand care levels and costs, and move forward with confidence.
Support doesn’t end once a direction is chosen. I help coordinate tours, review paperwork, and sit alongside families as they ask questions and evaluate communities. I remain available as an advocate throughout the transition, helping ensure care needs are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
